- Restricted words: Any derivative of Bank , Credit or Trust, Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Financial, Funding, Lending, Loan, Safe Deposit, Safe Deposits, Saving, Savings. (SOME foreign language words as well, contact our office for specific information.)

- Is a physical address located within the state of incorporation, where someone. is available to receive service of process. If you do not have such an address, CorpCo can provide this service.
